We are happy to welcome hunters and outdoor groups. Freezer storage and a table for processing are available in the garage. The property also offers plenty of room for gear, vehicles and trailers.
IMPORTANT LOCATION INFORMATION
The home is located in a rural ranch setting. Cellphone service may be limited or unavailable as you approach the property. We recommend loading your directions before leaving Hulett. GPS will guide you to the home.The house is located less than one-quarter mile down a gravel road. After passing the second pond, take the first right. The home will be on the right-hand side.Because this is an active ranch, guests may see cattle, wildlife, ranch equipment and normal ranch activity during their stay.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in: 3:00 p.m.Check-out: 11:00 a.m.Guests will receive their personalized keyless-entry code approximately 24 to 48 hours before arrival. The front door will be the primary entrance upon arrival. The patio sliding door may also be used during your stay.Guests using the garage will need to open and close the garage door manually. There is currently no automatic garage-door opener.
GOOD TO KNOW
The home is professionally cleaned between every reservation. There are no extensive cleaning requirements before departure. We want you to enjoy your stay and allow us to take care of the cleaning.Before leaving, please make sure you have all of your belongings and that the property is secure. We also appreciate a message when you depart, especially if you leave early, as the additional time helps us prepare for our next guests.Exterior security cameras are located near the entrances for the safety of the property and our guests. There are no cameras inside the home or in private guest areas.
